CEREC® 1 Visit Cosmetic Dentistry:
- One Visit
- No Impressions
- No Temporaries
- Highly Aesthetic
Most conventional dental restorative methods require more than one visit to the dentist. This means that on the first visit the patient would typically (1) receive an injection of anesthesia,(2) your tooth would then be prepared, (3) next an impression would be taken, (4) a temporary restoration would be put on your tooth; then the patient would (5) make a second appointment for a couple of weeks later with their cosmetic dentist, then a few weeks later the dental patient would return to (6) get another injection of anesthesia, then (7) have the temporary restoration piece pried off (if it hasn’t fallen off already, and have a permanent restoration put on, then (8) go through a secondary permanent restoration process.
I just had the MOST AMAZING experience with the best cosmetic dentist in NYC Dr. Fajiram! As a dentist myself, it is easy to forget what it feels like to be the patient. Well, as the patient, this experience was painless, easy, comfortable and quick! She used her impressive CEREC machine to make me the most beautiful, natural-looking and perfectly fitting inlay right there on the spot! This saved me the hassle of messy, gag-worthy impressions and a second visit. She is the best of the best and I honestly can’t wait for her to fix another crown of mine that I’m replacing because it’s old and ugly. Beautiful work! Thanks Dr. F!!! ~ Google

How Does It Work
Your CEREC one appointment cosmetic dentistry procedure begins with making a 3-D blue-ray digital scanned model of your tooth (or teeth) being treated. This process is painless. The image is saved in a computer and the crown (or veneer, etc.) is then designed right before your eyes using the absolute most advanced technology in the world. State-of-the-art CAD/CAM software allows Dr. Mojgan Fajiram to customize and design every precise detail of your restoration process. After the fabrication process, Dr. Fajiram then begins the traditional cosmetic dentistry procedure.
